wHEN DO I SHOW UP/LEAVE?
Your rental time Begins promptly at the designated started time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Reservation Time must include set-up, breakdown, and clean up. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period to respect our fellow creatives time and efforts. Please be mindful of clients arrival time, because more often than not, they are 10 to 15min earlier, before their photographers arrival. all reservations must conclude by 10:00pm,
CAN I COME EARLY? CAN I STAY LATER?
More Often Than Not, There Will Be Someone Scheduled Before Or After Your Reservation. Please Plan For Client Arrival, Set Up, Shooting Time, And Clean Up Within Your Reservation.
CAN I BRING PETS?
we love pets! they are more than welcome to come into the space with you and your family. all we ask is that you bring appropriate cleaning supplies for any messes or hair left by the pet.
FOOD & DRINK
You're more than welcome to bring in any food or drink into the space. We ask that you follow local aBC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space. Please keep all food and drinks within the studio spaces, inclusive of our deck and outside front porch.

we offer a bose Soundock 10 Bluetooth speaker with iPhone auxiliary cord
WiFi
It will be provided to you on the day of your rental by your studio host
WHAT IS PARKING LIKE?
parking along clinton st. and in the lot behind the building is free! the entrance to our studio is on clinton st., Enter under the porch of the front of the building with 'Central Hotel' displayed.
LIGHTING
We are solely a natural light photography studio. If you're booked later in the day, please be mindful of sunset on the day of your reservation and plan accordingly. we do not provide additional lighting equipment beyond the studios installed overhead lighting. ALSO -- we cannot control mother nature if she is cloudy, partly cloudy, or full sun.
AUDIO
Our studio is nOT SOUNDPROOF, so audio at your own risk. please let us know in advance so that we can plan accordingly for placement of "Video Audio Recording in Progress, Silence Please" signs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You Can Change Or Cancel your photo studio Reservation With No Additional Charge at any time three (3) hours before your reservation is set to begin by contacting hello@petitsocialstudio.com. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the dollar amount spent that can be applied towards a future rental with us. Your credit will expire six (6) months from the date of the original reservation. cancellations and rescheduling requests received within three (3) hours of the start time of your reservation will not be given a credit. nO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Cancellations vs. Rescheduling. If a reservation is cancelled instead of rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled at a later time. It will be considered a new reservation and a new retainer fee, or payment will be required depending on what package is selected.
STORAGE
Unfortunately we do not have a storage area to stow away all unwanted props in the studio space. We can, however, move the smaller items of our the space (chairs, stools, etc.), but the larger items (tables, etc.) must stay in the space. We can place items on our deck pending weather forecast..
HOW DOES IT WORK?

2. bOOK
reserve our studio space and date/Time with a 50% non-refundable retainer Fee. Final payment due one (1) week before studio reservation Date. all reservations booked within two (2) weeks of reservation Date will require full payment at the time of reservation and become non-refundable once booked. Reservations are not final until both a retainer fee and sign contract are completed.
I'll send you a Reservation Proposal through our 'cRM', Honeybook, so you can pay your retainer fee, see all of the terms clearly outlined, and sign the contract to make it officially, official!
